Privacy Policy

1. This Privacy Policy sets out rules for the collection, processing and use of personal data collected by Online Store available on www.digidiagnosis.com/shop (hereinafter: the „Store”).

2. The owner of the store as well as Personal Data Administrator is Marios Christakis leading business under the name of Digidiagnosis (super service) based in Kastoria Greece, Postcode:  52057, entered in the register of economic activities.

Tax code:  081022795, Register of Companies:121690332000  , hereinafter referred to as Digidiagnosis.

3. Digidiagnosistake special care to respect privacy of customers visiting the Store.


1) How do we collect data about you?

1. Digidiagnosis collects information about individuals engaged in their own business or professional activity (hereinafter referred to as Entrepreneurs), as well as data of individuals engaged in legal activities not directly related to their activities.

2. Customers’ personal data is collected when a customer decides to set up their customer account by registering in the Store.

3. Registration of the account in the Store requires the customer to provide the following data:

a) First and last name;

b) Gender and date of birth;

c) Address (street, house / apartment, zip code and city);
d) E-mail;

e) Telephone number;
f) In case of Entrepreneurs, above data range is further extended by the company name and its Business Identication Number (NIP).

4. The customer can change account details after logging in to their Account.

If you submit a single order in the online Store, the range of the data needed to identify the customer is the same. Customers provide the following information:

a) E-mail;

b) First and last name;

c) Address (street, house / apartment, zip code and city);
d) Telephone number;

e) In the case of Entrepreneurs above data range is further extended by the company name and its Business Identification Number (NIP).

In the case of personal contact with the Store (e.g., e-mail, telephone and or chat messenger) the customer provides the following information:

a) E-mail;

b) First and last name;

c) Address (street, house / apartment, zip code and city);
d) Telephone number;

In the case of Entrepreneurs above data range is further extended by the company name and its Business Identification Number (NIP).

When using the Store, additional information is automatically collected concerning (IP address assigned to your computer or an external ISP IP address, domain name, browser type, time of access, the type of operating system).

Also, navigational information can be collected from a customer, including information about links and references that a customers has clicked on and other actions taken in our Store.


2) How do we use collected data?

1. When a customer has created Customer Account in the Store, all available information about a customer is used to create an individual customer account, to manage it and give an opportunities to a customer to make purchases in the Store, including the processing of the orders and their delivery. If you purchase in the Store, personal data may only be shared with the courier company, with whom Digidiagnosis cooperates.

2. If a customer selects the payment for the ordered product through PayPal, their information will be forwarded to the extent necessary for the performance of the sale to PayPal (Europe)S.à rl & Cie.,S.C.A. based in Luxembourg

3. Navigational data can be used to provide customers with better service, data analysis, statistics and better adaptation of the Store to customer preferences and administration of the Store.
4. If a customer has subscribed to the newsletter (newsletter) with an e-mail address, Digidiagnosis will be sending emails with commercial information about promotions and new products available in the Store.


3) The Cookies mechanism, IP Address

1. The Store uses files known as cookies. The Digidiagnosis server stores them on the computer of those individuals who have visited the Store as long as a web browser permits.. A cookie typically contains the name of the domain from which comes ” expiry time ” and individual random number that identifies the file. Information collected with the use of cookies help customize the products offered by Digidiagnosis in accordance to individual preferences and the actual needs of visitors in the Store. It gives the possibility of developing a general visitor statistics of the products presented in the Store.

2. Digidiagnosis uses two types of cookies:

a) Session cookies: after the session of the browser or shutting down of your computer, stored information is deleted from device’s memory. The mechanism of session cookies does not allow session cookies to collect any personal data or any confidential information from a customer’s computer.

b) Persistent cookies: These are stored on the customer’s computer’s hard disk and remains there until you delete them. The mechanism of persistent cookies sent by the store allows you to store the data only with your consent (expressed eg by selecting „remember me” at login).In any other case, these files are not stored in a permanent way.

3. Cookie mechanism is safe for the customers’ computers that use the Store. In particular, this means it is not possible to infect a customer’s computer with viruses or other unwanted software or malware. However, in the browser every customer has the option of limiting or excluding access of cookies to their computers. If you use this option, using the Store will be possible apart from functions, which by all means require cookies.

4. Digidiagnsis may collect your IP address. IP address is a number assigned to your computer when visiting the Store by your ISP. IP number allows you to access the Internet. In most cases, the number is assigned to the computer dynamically, i.e. it changes every time you connect to the Internet and therefore is widely regarded as a non-personal, identifying information. The IP address is used by Digidiagnosis when diagnosing technical problems of the server, making statistical analysis (eg determining regions from which we note the most visits), as useful information in managing and improving the Store, as well as for security purposes and the possible identification of automatically loaded programmes used for browsing the store’s content that may burden the server.

5. The Store contains links to other web sites. Digidiagnosis is not responsible for the terms and conditions of the privacy policy applicable to them. For this reason, we encourage you to familirize with the privacy policy when via the Store you enter a site administred by a different administrator.


4) Access to personal data

1. The personal information collected by the Store is solely accessed by authorized personnel of Digidiagnosis.

2. Your details may also be disclosed to entities authorized to receive them under current legislation, in particular the relevant judicial authorities and entities specified in section “How do we use collected data”.
3. Digidiagnosis provides customers who have an account with an ongoing access to their data and the ability to modify them at any time. In order to make modifications, log on to the account in the store. The customer has the option to remove personal data from the database in the event of termination of service concerning services conducted electronically. Digidiagnosis may refuse toremove customer data if the customer violated the Store’s terms and conditions and preservation of data is neccessary to clarify the circumstances, determine the liability and, in particular, establish claims from a particular customer by Digidiagnosis.

4. If you subscribe to the newsletter you have the opportunity to remove your email address from our mailing list, by selecting the appropriate function after logging in to the account in the store.


5) Security

1. Digidiagnosis safeguards your data from loss, misuse and alteration. Digidiagnosis commits to protect all your data in accordance with safety and confidentiality policies.

2. Personal data is protected by Digidiagnosis in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 concerning Protection of Personal Data (unified text. Laws of 2002, No. 101, item. 926.), in a way that prevents access by third parties.

3. In case a customer with an account in the Store, in any way loses their password, the Store allows you to generate a new password. Nevertheless, the Store does not send the password reminder. Customer’s password is stored in the database in an encrypted form, unable to be read. In order to generate a new password, enter your e-mail address in the form available under the link „Forgot your password” on the login form given to an account in the Store. Your new password will be sent to the email address provided during registration or saved in the last update of your profile.

4. Digidiagnosis never sends any correspondence, including e-mails requesting login details, and in particular the access password a customer’s account. Such information is also not available by means of conventional mail, e-mail and telephone.


6) Changes to Privacy Policy

1. Digidiagnosis reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy. Every update session is recorded as a date provided below.
